README for Contributed directory.

This directory was created in Pablo release 3.0 to hold software using
the Pablo environment that was developed at other sites. We are very
grateful to those contributing for providing feedback on Pablo and
allowing us to redistribute their code. We encourage other Pablo users
to consider contributing software they have developed for inclusion in
future releases. The contributed software was developed under Pablo release
2.0 but should be compatible with the current release.
