Changes in ODT 1.02

* Several bug fixes, see BUGS file

* Scroll bars added to interface and network editor windows.

There is now no need to move the position of the interface or move
the outer network box. These operations were with MMB on the body
of the element and now do nothing.

As elements in the editing windows change, the scrollbars update to
allow some room around the edge for expansion.

Resizing the interfaces and network boxes works as normal -- MMB on
  border.

* Description field moved in Interface Editor

Due the scroll bars change above, the description field is now a
separate line just below the interface / implementation label
field. It can be double-clicked (with aLMB) to edit.

* Editing interface / implementation names

You can now double-click on the interface / implementation name
label, just below the message line in addition to double-clicking
on the name in the body of the interface or implementation in the canvas.

* Small movements

Small movements of positions now are possible - previously they
were taken as a click if the move was very small, a few pixels.
This only affects the MMB which is used for moving elements.

* Cancelling operations

The ESCAPE (or Esc) key now cancels any operation that is happening
with the mouse - moving, resizing, placing new elements etc.

It DOES NOT affect any other operation such as dialog boxes.

* Menu/Copy in Network Editor Window now implemented; Menu/New Component

It is possible to copy any Component in the network editor window
or an implementation from the interface editor window. This can be
done by selecting the element and choosing either the Edit/Copy or
Edit/New Component menu item -- they do the same job.

The new component that is created will be of the same size as the
  copied component.

* Selection rectangles now work in network editor window

The inside of the network box in the network editor window is now
not an active component, since it is no longer needed for moving
the position of the network box. This means that selection
rectangles can be dragged out using the LMB over elements inside
  the box.

* Arc attributes now show the names of the communications parameters
on the implementations that are used.
