Hello.

The problem is presumably that iserver takes the wrong IO-Port address.
The default IO-Port for the iserver and the B008 is #150, but it can be 
jumpered to be #300. You can try #300 by setting 
SET TRANSPUTER=#300
in the autoexec.bat (or before calling iserver)

Other possibilities are that the link speed jumpers are set incorrectly
(e.g. The ISA-BUS <-> link converter works at 10 mbit/s and the transputers
are working with 20 mbit/s) or that the output of the link converter is
not connected to slot 0 (also set by jumpers) or that you do not reset the
transputer (iserver /sr). It is also possible that you have mounted the
TRAMS the wrong way round or a pipe jumper is mounted where it should not be.

Sorry, there are more possibilities, but I won't list all of them.
