Hmmm - well, if they are as you say they are, very little is necessary.

If it is an ISA type connector, check to see if the power pins match
the ISA bus. (end fingers - and two in ??) That is all you need, right ??

Burn off the other traces ..

Link cables - follow the pins to the Transputer.

Does it go through a buffer ?
Is it inverted ? 
How many pins are there ?
How many of those are ground ?
Reset ?
Analyse ?
Error ?
