For pretty printing occam on my PC I use the old NTSC lister
(see annex) but I have to translate from .occ to .tsr with origami
and go back to TDS2 for printing. All the other Listers seem not
to be so intelligent for defering folds based on type and/or comment
and avoid splitting between pages. Are the occam source of it
available somewhere ? Are the authors still around ? The complete
documentation is available for whom want to receive it.

Thanks for the help you can provide !

4.2	The fold decision parameters

When the lister program encounters a fold whilst scanning through the
fold structure it must go through a set of decision processes to
decide upon the appropiate action to take. There are four possible
fold.actions; these are :-

(i) EXPAND - open and list the contents of the fold immediately.

(ii) DEFER - print only the fold comment for the moment and defer
listing the contents of the fold until a later point
		in the listing.

(iii) SKIP - print only the fold comment, and never print the
		contents of the fold.

(iv) IGNORE - totally ignore the fold, ie. do not list its
		contents nor its comment.
