What does this question mean? Do you mean

A can I run Coherent UNIX on a PC and communicate with a B004/B008-
    compatible transputer board? or

B can I run Coherent UNIX on ther transputer? or

C some other question?

Possible answers are

A sure, you just have to modify ISERVER; Inmos supplies the source
    code with the B008

B well, no, Coherent UNIX is a 286/386 program and it isn't supplied
    with source code

C gotta have a better question
