The source code to ISERVER comes with the occam toolset.  The routines
that handle the interface to the link adaptor are in one module.  Inmos
supplies several versions of this file.  There is a template file, LINK.C,
and several files for different host adaptors.	B004LINK.C, B008LINK.C,
B011LINK.C, and so forth.

We have a lot of experience with rewriting ISERVER; email if you need
further info.
