I have been working on a Macintosh port of the iserver; although I didn't 
do all the work (the code came from University of Linz in Switzerland), it
looked like a possible thing to do. You need to get the link IO routines
changed, and possibly some of the host access functions, if the SGI is not
UNIX, VMS, DOS or any of the other supported host OS type-compatibles.
