Not a lot.  You must realise that these are essentially 5 year old technology which Atari never really supported.  "Fully functional" in terms of what?  I would be very surprised if they really are.

If you want an intro to transputers: avoid the ATW at all costs!  If the machine actually stays up long enough for you to actually do anything, you will only find out about the Helios model of programming.  Getting other industry standard software (eg. Toolsets, 3L, etc.) to work would be a challenge.
