Dynamic process creation is not difficult, just ProcAlloc and go!
(Inmos C Toolkit), but I have got throuble to make threads.
Anyone can commit suicide, but only the most clever ones can remove
the body afterwards. I tried to have a funeral process clean it up,
but the throughput was low. Anyone with experience?
