If you write your single-transputer configuration file in an intelligent
way, you don't need to rewrite it everytime: just name your source file
the same everytime...
Also, if you want to use some advanced options, like placing code or stack
in internal RAM for speed, you will have to do configuration anyway.
And finally, in 3rd generation Toolset there's no way around configuration
anymore. In fact, the non-configured programs of older Toolsets were an
ugly and unnecessary exception to the rule, that every program starts with
a configuration file, and not with the C code...
