The source for the server is available with the Inmos toolsets.  Perhaps
you'll have to modify the link module to work with your architectures?

I've downloaded the source code for ispy from somewhere.  As far as I can
tell from my insufficient notes, it might have been "isy.liu.se" (try 
an archie search?).  It says that it can be made for MS-DOS using MicroSoft C
5.1 and the D705B Occam toolset or on the Sun using gcc and cc.  The Occam
parts must be built on a PC.  Also, I think that it may be an older version
(?2.33?).

Sounds like you'd have some porting to do in any case :(
