I will check for the readme file. Could you provide an exact description
of your hardware and the message?

Yes and no. It applies to MINIX itself. This demo is not an "official"
demo for Minix and not distributed by PH, it is a demo for the transputer
port.

However, this demo is only usable either as a demo to start and have some
fun with or to start helping with the transputer port, for which of course
you will need to own a copy Minix.

I don't know if this sounds more clear, I put that sentence to avoid the
question: "Where can I ftp Minix?"

Yes. Boot it and do: "man lcc". It tells you about the copyright and
usage conditions. Same for "man as".
