Try Logical Systems C. It is at least available on DOS and Macintosh
machines
and features ANSI C compatibility with additional libraries for the
parallel
stuff. It is a fine package that consists of preprocessor, compiler,
assembler,
linker and librarian together with additional communication servers on
the host.
