The only literature that I can point you to at this point in time is a 
white paper that I found on the web.  It is not real detailed, but it is 
a start.

There isn't a lot of technical meat in this paper but it does help to 
plant the seed of distinction.  If I find more elaborate references, I 
will let you know.
