The 1996 International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems is to 
provide an international forum for scientists, engineers, and computer users to 
exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results on all 
aspects of parallel and distributed systems. The main program will include 
technical presentations, invited talks, panels, and tutorials. The Hotel 
Strada Shinjuku is very near to Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Paper and Proposal Submission:

All manuscripts should be written in English, double spaced, and no longer
than 25 A4/letter-size pages including an abstract, all text, figures, tables,
and references. The one cover page should include: 1) title of the paper; 2)
name, current affiliation, postal address, email address, telephone number,
and fax number for each author; 3) name of one designated contact person; and
4) a list of up to eight keywords ordered by relevancy. 
 
The day before the conference (June 3) will be devoted to tutorials to provide 
the background for the conference. Please send tutorial proposals by 
October 2 to:
