ABOUT PERTH AND FREMANTLE

The beautiful city of Perth overlooks the vast and tranquil
waters of the Swan River which flows down from the Darling Ranges.
Perth and Fremantle have their own unique beauty and charm.
A congenial climate, relaxed lifestyle and hospitable people.
Perth is a modern city and contrasts with the historic port city
of Fremantle which is 20 minutes' drive to the southwest.
Amidst magnificent gold rush architecture, a cosmopolitan
community lives and plays in Fremantle. Fishing boats, cafes,
restaurants, fashionable bars, shops, cinemas, golf, yachting,
tennis, bicycle riding, markets, contemporary art galleries,
traditional crafts and colonial history all mingle in this
colorful city.
