Hi,
I installed pvm3 on a win95 machine. At this time I tried to use it on
a single machine, but later I will try to connect to UNIX hosts also.
Sofar I was able to start the console and run the precompiled test
programs
(hello etc.), succesfully.
Next I was trying to compile the example file, and that is when I got
stucked.
The problem actually was not compiling the source, but linking it to
libpvm3.lib; both the MS Link and BC4.5 Tlink reported that the library
file is
corrupt.
I am not familiar with NT development, but I suppose the lib file is for
NT,
and is not good for 95. Is there a solution to my problem at this time,
or did
anybody have success compiling PVM programs on win95?

Thanks, Zoltan
