You only need an account on the remote machine (and pvm installed).  
Every connection via Internet is sufficient to start an pvmd at the 
remote host and spawn processes on this host.

Look in the manual for configuring your virtual machine: the hostfile 
is very important. If you need more information, you can ask via e-mail.
