This is Chris Jeffares at IUPUI, I am working on some NT problem and
have
some question that I had hope you or someone else could answer...

1) I try to convert a 'C' program file from UNIX to NT...the problem is
that
I cannot find the corresponding NT command for UNIX 'getrusage'
    system command.

This UNIX function / command returns information about the resources
utilized by the current process, like total amout of CPU time spent
executing in user processes or system mode.

2) Another function is Sleep()...Does NT have a Sleep() command that
can be
    called by a 'C' program?

3) A few other commands that I cannot find NT compatible conterpart for
are

    'getarg'
    'getopt'
    'times'

If there are any command in NT that preform these UNIX command I
would be grateful for your help.
