I think that this software is in fact at this URL but under the =
directory wpvm, so try using:

Sorry! I'm *not* the system maintainer but we're experiencing some =
problems with our internet link!

At this web site both 32-bit and 16-bit daemons and group libraries are =
available for download, for various compilers!
If you're using, say Borland C++, you should download the file =
"borland.zip" which includes both 32-bit and 16-bit versions (daemons, =
libraries, resources ".res" and examples)
