Hi,
I'm trying to run pvm3.3.11 on a SGI PowerChallenge XL.
The operating system is IRIX6.1. As long as I use the library
libpvm3s.a the examples that are coming with PVM are running fine.
Unfortunately, libpvm3s doesn't take advantage of the shared memory
of the PowerChallenge, because messages are exchanged via sockets!

What I'd like to do is to use libpvm3.a that is based on the optimized
shared memory implemtation.

Does anybody know to to fix the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Ralf
