Hello fellow PVM'ers.

I have a long running PVM process, and it appears as if I'm occasionally
losing my UNIX domain socket in /usr/tmp. For example, my current PVM
session has been up since Sept 20, and looking at /tmp/pvmd.xxxx has the
single line "/usr/tmp/aaaa03721" ... It is my assumption that this is
the reference to the UNIX domain socket that PVM supposedly uses for
intra-host communication.

However, a list of /usr/tmp shows that particular socket to be
non-existant.

We are running 3.3.11 strictly on HPUX machines, but this appears to
only be happening on the master host.

Any clues as to the cause? The one time this happened before it was in
conjunction with a full root disk, which we thought was the cause,
however the disk is nowhere near full now.

Thanks for any clues you can provide!
Jon
