Well, patch PVM. If the architecture is LINUX, chech the /proc
directories. Somewhere in there you can determine how many CPUs you
have. Sorry, I'm at work, so can't check exactly where.

If/when you do this, please send me the patches, as I may be needing
them in a month or two.
