Is there a way to pass environment variables via PVM when running ksh?

I have an PVM application that requires the existance of envrionment
variables and works fine when started from csh as a remote csh-shell reads
.cshrc, but does not work when run from ksh as a remote ksh-shell does not
read .kshrc. I would rather not change the application. The environment
variables are more than just PATH (this can be changed with the 'ep' option
to the host specification).

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,
