Subject: Is your pvm a resource pig, too ?

I'm running pvm 3.3.9 on Sun workstations under Solaris 2.3.
I've noticed that quite often, the daemon drops into some kind
of (anomolous, I hope) "resource pig" state, and indefinitely
pegs the cpu, even though it's not doing anything (i.e. not
sending / receiving any messages). The only remedy is to kill
the daemon and start over.

Has anyone else observed similar behavior ? I rather like pvm,
but I'm getting a lot of pressure from my peers / management to
dump it because almost every time I run a pvm application, I
effectively shut down the company !
