Disclaimer: I've had no experience with installing rsh and rexec.  What I said
in my posting is what I thought was the case for UNIX, but reading rshd(8) and
rexecd(8) I was wrong (I could've sworn that the two were merged, but I guess
I'm wrong).  Can't win 'em all, I guess :).

Sorry about that.  In fact an rshd gives with the above URL.
