We have developed for internal use a chip that would make possible board
level non-blocking routers. We assume that we could create a 16 x 16
(32 channel) switch that would operate at 400 Megabytes per channel per
second, and would be able to sell that switch for somewhere between $10-12K.
Larger configurations are possible.

Would there be a market for such a device? Any thoughts, etc. would be
appreciated.
