I have a problem getting PVM to start pvmd's on other hosts
from professor's machine. I, however, have no problem running PVM on my
account and other student's accounts.

A little background first:

	Prof's Machine: Sun SLC
	Prof's OS: SunOS 4.1.4 2

	Student's Machines:	Sun SPARC station 1+ & 2,
				Classics, and a Sun Sparc20.
	Student's OS: SunOS 4.1.4 1

Here's the problem:
PVM starts fine on my prof's machine but once I start trying to add
hosts I get errors. Then I 'rlogin' to the host I just tried, run
pvm again and it works fine. The first pvm process and the new pvm
process don't recognize one another. I try adding the first host
to the new pvm process and I still get the same error.

I've read the PVM manual (troubleshooting), and I've checked the Web for extra
information, but I can't solve my problem. I've verified the .rhosts and
the .cshrc files time and again but nothing works. I've checked for I/O in
the .cshrc file and there doesn't seem to be any.

Could somebody suggest something for me to try?
Thanks,
