The simplest way to do it is to put all executables
that are to be spawned by PVM apps in the bins
directory (e.g. c:\wpvm32\bins). I do not set dx to
anything and everything works fine (of course,
assuming that WPVM is running on every machine, and
that every machine is a member of the PVM.)
