Thanks for the tip. I got it working now.  Do you know how I can pipe the
output from the Slave processes to /dev/null?  (Without calling the program
with ">/dev/null")  "Normal" PVM logs the Slave output to /tmp/pvml.<uid>, 
whereas PowerPVM doesn't.
