I have written an improved version of this patch, and it is available
at http://www-mddsp.enel.ucalgary.ca/People/adilger/povray/pvmpov.html
You need PVM 3.3 to run this, but it has more features and robust
error handling compared to the original.  If you are using PVM 3.2,
then you need the original version of the patch from Brad, which is
available at http://www.povray.org/ on the CD-ROM somewhere, but I
don't know the exact URL.
