Subject: Why do LoadLeveler jobs affect the running of PVMe?

Hello,

There are some PVMe users in our CERNET SP2, but they always
can't get enough nodes. While starting pvmd3e, it often gives
such message:

PVMD: Error while allocating node , capacity has been exceeded.

I check all the nodes, but I can't find any pmvd3e or pvmd3
process is running, there are only some LoadLeveler jobs running
on those nodes. I can make sure all of the LoadLeveler jobs are
serial jobs. This morning I could just get 2 nodes, after a while,
all the LoadLeveler jobs on a node finished, so I could get 3 nodes
to run pvmd3e.

I wonder how serial LoadLevler jobs can affect HPS and PVMe?

I tried to run MPI us programs on nodes, where there are LoadLevler
jobs running, it also failed.

I don't know why. If you are convenient, please reply me.
Thank you!

Truly,
Zhangli
