I am new to the world of parallel computing, and consider myself only
moderately computer literate. I will be using PVM to parallelize a
model of the electrical activity of the heart.

I was wondering if someone could offer some simple pros and cons about
the various graphical PVM interfaces (XPVM, Hence, and PADE are the ones
I know about.) In particular, I'd like to know which might be easiest for
a "beginner" like myself to start with, but I would also like to know which
offers the most sophisticated features. (even though presently I probably
wouldn't understand their use)

feel free to email replies.
Thanks,
