We are trying to run PVM 3.3.9 shared memory implementation (SGIMP64) under a
Power Challenge from SGI, and we are having a lot of problems.

The compilation process works well, but even the simplest examples hangs the
virtual machine. For example, spmd.c and master1.c/slave1.c hang with only 2 o 3
  processes attached.

It is true that the version with sockets (SGI64) works very well.

Is anybody outthere having such problems?. Has anybody any workaround on this?

  Thank you in advance
