I would use xpvm and ParaGraph for a post-mortem analisys of my program.
I don't want to run xpvm and my program together, for obvious reasons. But
I don't know how I can tell to my program "make a tracefile!".
I guess I shoud set a trace mask or so, but how? I'm using a
Master/Slave paradigm. I would both Master and Slaves traced.
      Thanks in advance,

You may want to try the PGPVM package:

PGPVM is an enhancement library for PVM that generates trace files for
use with ParaGraph. PGPVM produces trace formats for the new version
of ParaGraph (it was released 6/8/94). If you have an older version
of ParaGraph, you need to get a copy of the new version. PGPVM,
including a brief documentation and examples is available from
~ftp/pub/topol on mathcs.emory.edu. More info is available at
http://www.cc.gatech.edu/gvu/people/Phd/Brad.Topol/pgpvm.html

You may also want to try the PVaniM package:

PVaniM is an enhancement package for PVM that produces animations of
the execution of PVM applications. PVaniM provides a general purpose
set of views that work with all PVM applications, and provides support
for users to build custom application specific animations. The PVaniM
package provides its own robust tracing package for PVM. This tracing
system not only drives the general purpose animations, but also
provides support for user trace events for use with application
specific animations. The PVaniM system was developed using the POLKA
animation designer's package, and users may also use this package to
develop their own application specific animations. PVaniM is
available from pub/people/stasko at ftp.cc.gatech.edu. From this FTP
site, you will need to retrieve the files pvanimtrace.tar.Z and
pvanimviz.tar.Z
