I am interested in knowing the following from all you PVM experts:

	1. How many workstation nodes you have ever used to run your
applications on with PVM or other distributed
environments? What are these applications? What is
the rationale (or reason) that leads you to decide
to use this nuber of nodes?

	2. Do you know any benchmarks for evaluating parallel computations
over workstation clusters, for either I/O intensive
		CPU intensive applications?

	3. What is the network in the environment you run your applications
on? Is the network the bottlenck for your applications?

	4. Any pointers to references related to above questions is
		appreciated.

Thanks very much. I will post a summary if I got interesting replies.
