Hi folks,

I've got a little problem. PVM provides three packing methods for data.
PvmDataDefault, PvmDataRaw, PvmDataInPlace.

We're working with 5 different architectures (Sun4, Alpha, Linux, mips, rs6000)
As I have various Data to send I want it savely on its way for one, on the
other Hand I don't want waste time encoding data more than needed.
I've thought of sending known messages to check the reliability, but have found
so far no differences in the data.
Has somebody an idea of how to check for the right encoding.

Thanks in advance
Stefan
