If the pvmds all come up fine, it appears that the application you are
trying to run fails to establish connection with the local pvmd. This
may happen if the application was linked with a version of PVM that is
different from the version of PVM that your pvmd belongs to. If this is
not the case, try to send me more information on the version of PVM and
the exact error message(s) you are getting and I will investigate more.
