Hi,

in my application I'm doing load balancing by exchanging status information.
I would like to send quite a lot of these messages. But I don't want to
flood all the pvmd's (they are currently heavily growing during program
run).

So I would like to have a function which tells me about the number of
messages still in the queue(s) to be sent. Then I can drop messages which
are not necessary to be sent.

Is there a way to request the information from pvm or may I write
such a function easily? Or are there other solutions for this problem?

Thank you.
