I should clarify the statement I made in an earlier posting (see below) about freely using the Theory Center's training materials: *commercial use* does require prior written permission.  (This is indicated in the online copyright statement accompanying the materials.)  The full paragraph describing usage is:

   Educational institutions are encouraged to reproduce and distribute these  
   materials for educational use as long as credit and notification are
   provided. Please retain the copyright notice and include this statement 
   with any copies that you make, and send notification of their use to
   doc-comments@tc.cornell.edu. Commercial use of these materials is prohibited
   without prior written permission.
