I downloaded this book, and printed it out last night.

Unlike some other PS documents, this one printed absolutely perfectly!
All the diagrams came out great, too.

I would highly recommend this excellent book, based on what I have
been able to read through so far.

Since my undergrad independent study is going to be on parallel processing, this
book will prove very valuable. I will be running either FreeBSD or Linux, and it is
good to see that Linux is directly supported in the makefiles.

I thank all those involved for making it available in this way. Thanks for a great book!

Patrick
