I'm trying to get pvm3 up on a local network of IBM RS/6000's.
It seems that I must be able to use rsh, but rsh always comes
back with "permission denied". I believe I have the correct
lines in the /etc/hosts.equiv and $HOME/.rhosts files. I'm
using the default shell, ksh. Is this a problem? How to get
rsh working? If you have experience with pvm3 on RS6K, I'd
love to hear from you. Thanks. Email me at pball@gmu.edu.
