I've installed pvm 3.3.4 on a network of SUNs. Previously I had
pvm 3.2 installed. When I run pvm I get the message "Can't start pvmd."
I;ve checked all the obvious things - PVMROOT, rhost files, ability
to rsh to the other host, and the other things mentionned in the
Web file http://warhol.lerc.nasa.gov under Parallel Computing/PVM/
"Common errors when starting PVM".

I"m using the bash shell but I've set my PATH and PVMROOT in a .profile
file as well for good measure.

Any ideas?
