perhaps somebody can explain to me how this is different from AIX v3?
AIX v3 also counts users based on logins. i may very well be wrong,
but it sounds like the only change is that now you need to run a
license manager and you cannot change the license level without paying
for the extra users (and getting the associated keys from IBM). so, if
you were "locked" into a 32-user license before but were only really
had 25 users, you can now (AIX v4.1) get just 25 user licenses.
