Hi all,

I need volunteers to try out a library of distributed memory
conjugate gradient type iterative methods and give me
feedback / comments / questions / bug reports.

Quickie run down of the contents:
- half a dozen of the more common iterative solution methods
- preconditioners based on SSOR and incomplete factorizations
- stencil, compressed row, compressed diagonal matrix formats.

Right now I'm releasing the beta version of the PVM-based library.
A PICL-based version is almost ready for release, other version
are in the works.

The compressed tar file can be found in
cs.utk.edu:/pub/eijkhout/code/cgpvm.tar.Z
It contains all library sources, plus a stand-alone demo that
generates and uses all data formats. The demo is controllable
with an X-interface. There is a manual in PostScript form that
describes the library and demo program.

I can be reached by email for all questions and comments.
