A special port of PVM to ATM network based on Fore's socket-like API over AAL5
has been implemented. It improves the latency by about 10% and the bandwidth
by about 50% comparing to its stream socket based counterpart (both run over ATM
network).

If this port proved stable enough and with widespread interests, it might
probably be released (I hope) with the future version of PVM.
