Does anyone know if there is a way for a slave process to output to anything
other than the /tmp/pvml.# file? e.g. I'm running an application that will
do large wavefield calculations within a substance. This will create
Gigabytes of four dimentional Kinetic Energy graphical output. With six
slaves running each on a separate machine I would like them to write their
results to disk or to send their results to a seventh machine that will
run a graphics program like AVS.
However, my experience so far has led me to believe that the only task that
can create output other than that which goes to pvml.# is the master task.
Is this true?

Thanks
