The "final report, Version 1.0" of the standard (generated on March 22)
is already on the MPI WWW site at
	http:///www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/index.html
although it doesn't seem to be available for FTP from ftp.mcs.anl.gov
yet. Is this not the "official" version, or has it leaked out early? :-)
