Yes, but what now if one prefers to start pvm with the recently
discovered pvm_start_pvmd() routine instead of with pvmd3 ? I think
it would be much better if pvm_spawn could start an image defined
by its absolute pathname. Or, can pvm_start_pvmd() be given the ep
option argument somehow?
